The program must not be sold or bartered or distributed in any way whereby the receiving party has to pay to receive the program. The program may be distributed entirely free of any change provided that the site http://www.hillyheights.co.uk is acknowledged as the source. The program may only be used by private individuals or non-profit-making organisations. Any non-profit-making organisation (including educational establishments) must register their intention to use the program by e-mail to track-pad@hillyheights.co.uk before the program may be used by more than one member of that organisation. Commercial organisations must contact the Author at track-pad@hillyheights.co.uk for expressed permission to use this program.
